Through hard work and dedication, he progressed to become director and owner in 2017 following a company restructure. His responsibilities have encompassed administration, plant management, accounting, and most recently an HR role within the business.

Commercial ManagerWith over 35 years of experience in the utility industry, Martyn has held key roles with leading companies such as Northern Gas Networks, SGN, and Cadent. As Commercial Manager at USP, he oversees commercial operations, driving growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality utility services. His extensive background spans gas, electricity, and infrastructure projects.
Samantha Coleman
Multi-Utility Project CoordinatorSamantha brings over 7 years of experience within the multi-utilities industry, planning projects from cradle to grave, ranging from single dwellings to sites with over 2,000 plots. She works daily with developers, DNOs, and local authorities. Before multi-utilities, she spent around 11 years in the gas industry as a planner and NRSWA coordinator.

Multi-Utility Project ManagerNeal has over 30 years of experience in the utilities industry, starting with hands-on work and progressing to management roles. In his current position, he oversees job operations and pricing, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and managerial aspects of the industry.

Part of USP's inaugural team, he has excelled in WIP works, trial holes, and vac-ex teams. He has worked with companies including Morgan Est, Balfour Beatty, NGN, SGN, and TRIIO across multi-utilities and fibre works.
